We’d love to meet you! Because we are going to have a strong working relationship, it’s important to meet face to face for a simple “Q & A” session. In the initial meeting, we can show you exactly how Empress Homes can make your home build both exciting and stress free.
- Communication and Transparency
Transparency and communication are critical to a successful home build. Expectations need to be outlined and determined with specific outcomes (A GORGEOUS HOUSE) in mind! We will never enter into a relationship with a client if we can’t deliver on our promises. Once we establish a budget, we work with precision to make sure we meet that goal!
Be careful with a “blind budget” number when you’re receiving estimates. There is a HUGE difference between specific line bids and an estimated cost.
You can expect an honest and realistic budget from us.

With skillful and accomplished designs, our consulting services during the pre-construction phase are top notch! We are involved, hand in hand, with our clients from start to finish. The pre-construction phase is the most critical. Our job is to KEEP YOU WITHIN BUDGET at all times and make sure your wants and your needs are determined.
Creating your own floor plan, unique to you and your family is EXCITING! We love to guide you through that process and help you find the perfect blueprint for your new home. We make sure that we question our clients and their motives in the home design process. What are the pros and cons of these choices?
